Scan the QR code or use the terminal at the station to start a rental. Follow the instructions shown before confirming.
The power banks have Lightning, USB-C and Micro-USB cables.
Return it to any official Take a charge station. Check that the station has accepted the device and the return is confirmed in the app.
The applicable rate, billing period, daily cap and any non-return fee are shown in the app before you confirm a rental.
The app is available in the App Store and Google Play. Use “Download the App” on this website. On a computer, select your phone’s operating system and scan the QR code.
Use “Become a partner” or “Install the Station” to fill in the contact form. Partnership terms are agreed in a separate written contract.
